Information on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, insofar as you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered at the same time;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, insofar as you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@costerline.com
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:
- received the returned goods, or
- you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon in the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for agreements:
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for the supply of goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
